• Steam injected in the double jacket and direct steam in the product
• Complete with PLC for management of receipt
• Automatical loading system and load cell for weight control

STEAM STRETCHER
Steam Stretcher for melting, cooking and stretching fresh curds, industrial curds, powder products, and food ingredients.
For the production of mozzarella and pizza cheese, analogue and imitation mozzarella, processed and melter cheese.

COOKER – STRETCHER
The cooker-stretcher has the function of cooking, stretching and kneading any type
of pasta-filata cheese.
• Equipped with curd heating and cooking section, stretching section, system
for circulation of the cooking water, complete with heating equipment and
temperature control
